Mosaical Philosophy
Magnum Opus Hermetic Sourceworks No. 2 The Mosaical Philosophy - Cabala
by Robert Fludd
Robert Fludd (1574-1637) was a prominent English physician and Rosicrucian with a keen interest in astrology, natural magic, and mysticism. He was greatly influenced by the teachings of Paracelsus. In his book Mosaicall Philosophy, Fludd combined core Platonist thought with a fusion of alchemy and Kabbalah. This work is now considered one of the first landmark early works on what is sometimes termed "the Hermetic Kabbalah." In The Mosaical Philosophy, McLean has reproduced Books I and II of the second section of Fludd's work, adding his own introduction and notes on the plates.
